Jacinta is an IT specialist who has been assigned to a project in Sydney, Australia, for an initial period of 6 weeks, with the possibility of extending her stay. Jacinta needs to reside close to her office in the World Tower business district as she will be walking to and from the office each day. Jacinta wants to make the most of her Sydney based assignment and live like a local on weekends, experiencing the local restaurants & other attractions that her new city has to offer.

Typically we are contacted by the corporate travel manager to arrange accommodation on behalf of a guest, though we are happy to work with individuals too ! Our Client Service team will provide a list of available options with full descriptions & photo profiles.

A Corporate Housing team member will be on hand to personally welcome each and every new guest to provide an orientation and most importantly, a friendly face in a new City!

Five stars for customer service – I would give more if possible! The team have been extremely helpful and friendly. It was an extremely thoughtful touch to include a welcome package of the basic food and household products as this made for an easy start to my stay. On arrival I was even given a quick tour and told about where the best supermarkets are even though it was past midnight. I really, really appreciate your welcome as it is a bit daunting arriving in a new city for the first time, not knowing where anything is.

The service from the Corporate Housing staff was excellent. They dealt with all of our issues in a timely manner and always called back when they said they would…. Greg definitely went the extra mile for us. He updated us on everything and even took us out on the street and pointed out directions to various places of interest which was very much appreciated.
