Terms and conditions

The weekly rental rate quoted includes the fully furnished and equipped apartment and all utility connection and usage charges.

Utilities

Contracts provide for all utility connection and usage costs during the term of your stay. The electricity is capped at $5 per day, which is above the average usage cost, even taking into consideration seasonal variations. Only in extreme cases would the cost go beyond this, and in this case, you would be charged for the excess usage and the Bill provided to you for verification.

Telephone

In the majority of cases, we are able to offer our guests a number of choices with regard to phone management. At many of our properties the phone line is connected, and the rental rate includes free local calls. Several options are available for other calls, including using a Phone Card or your Credit Card. Alternatively, guests may choose to connect and manage their own line, which may be more appropriate for long term stays.

Corporate Housing ApartmentsCable TV

Cable TV is available in some buildings, and if required, connection and rental costs may be built into the weekly rental rate. Please inquire with your Consultant as to availability.

Furnishings

For a full inventory of the standard furnishings provided, please inquire with your Consultant.

Cleaning

A weekly cleaning service with linen change is also available for an additional cost. Rates are from $77 per week for a one-bedroom apartment. A minimum exit cleaning fee of $185 (1 bedroom) is applicable at all properties. These rates are GST inclusive and vary between States . For full details of the cleaning service provided, please speak to your Consultant.

Payment Terms

Rental payments are due monthly in advance at all times. The weekly rental rates quoted are based on payment by Cheque, EFT, Mastercard or Visa. We do accept payments by AMEX and Diners, though a surcharge of 4% applies to the gross rental amount.

Notice

Written notice of departure is required in accordance with the final Booking Confirmation Form. Generally, at least 21 days notice of departure is required.

Deposit

An up front security deposit equivalent to two weeks rental is required in order to secure the booking and is refundable, pending satisfactory inspection of the property.
