Pricing and payment
Rates
Our weekly rental rate quoted includes the complete cost of the apartment, all furnishings and utilities (electricity is capped at $5 per day, which is more than adequate for the average guest). Phone connection is also included, with free local calls.
A weekly cleaning service is optional for an additional charge at most locations.
Additional charges that may be incurred are long distance telephone costs and any special customised furnishings you may request, such as high chairs for babies, high speed wireless internet services. A mandatory departure cleaning fee applies at all properties.
Payment options
The rental is invoiced on one, simple customised invoice.
Rental payments are due each calendar month in advance and rent is calculated on the actual number of days in each month.
You may pay by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer, or we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club (surcharge applies on credit cards). We can bill individuals or we can invoice a company directly by posting or emailing out the Tax Invoice.
Payments can be processed each month automatically once the card details have been provided.

Deposit
In most cases, we require an up front security deposit which is equivalent to two weeks rent. This deposit is generally refunded in full within 5-10 days of vacating the property, pending satisfactory inspection.
