Is cleaning available?

Regular or ad-hoc servicing can be arranged to suit your needs on request. Unlike most serviced apartments and Hotels, regular servicing is not compulsory giving you the ability to save further money on your accommodation.  Our corporate apartments are equipped with vacuum cleaners, mop and more as standard. A compulsory clean is arranged by Corporate Housing on vacate to take the hassle out of your departure process and ensure our apartments are professionally cleaned between occupants.

Is a bond required?

A two week security deposit is payable on booking to secure your executive apartment. The deposit is refundable following departure.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept, major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express, electronic and wire transfers.

How do I get the keys?

Corporate Housing provides the unique service of a personal meet and greet on guest arrival to provide the keys and personal orientation of the apartment and surrounding area. Pre arranged meet and greets are available 7 days a week at all different hours of the day.

What is the check in / check out time?

Generally move in time is from 2pm on the day and move out time is by 10am on the day. In order to provide the keys we offer a personal meet and greet on arrival, though it is important that prior arrangements are made with our office.

What is ISO 9001:2008?

Our Quality Management system is certified to ISO 9001:2008, an international standard which is used by companies as a method of controlling quality. This means you should expect better service and response times, a consistent approach and efficient problem resolution

What is the minimum stay in your executive apartments?

Corporate Housing apartments have a minimum stay period from 28 days.

What is included in the corporate apartment?

Our corporate apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you should need for a comfortable stay.  Homewares and appliances include fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, iron, ironing board, TV, DVD, linen, towels, hair dryer, coat hangers, internal laundry with washer / dryer and much more! All utility connection costs and usage charges are included (electricity is capped at $6 per day which is most adequate for the average guest). Phone connection and line rental with free local calls. Guests receive a food and laundry starter pack on arrival and access to  a 24 / 7  emergency line throughout their stay. Many apartments have Internet access as standard and access to resort style facilities.
